Pakistan Outerwear is a second-generation, family-owned leather outerwear manufacturer based in Karachi, Pakistan. Our journey began in 1992 with one clear focus: understanding the craft, character and lasting value of a well-made leather jacket.
For more than three decades, we have manufactured leather jackets for customers serving the Russian and European markets. Every program is supported from our workshop in Pakistan, where experienced hands turn ideas, references and specifications into finished outerwear.

The knowledge behind our work has been passed from one generation to the next. Techniques evolve, markets change and new technologies improve production—but our respect for the product remains the same.

150 People, One Manufacturing Purpose
Today, our team includes approximately 150 employees across the skills required to develop and manufacture outerwear. Behind every finished jacket are people responsible for material handling, pattern work, cutting, stitching, construction, finishing and quality review.
Our scale allows us to support established programs while remaining accessible to smaller brands that need a manufacturer willing to understand their stage of growth.
